ตรวจสอบราคาประเมินที่ดิน online
ปัจจุบันเราสามารถตรวจสอบราคาที่ดินได้อย่างรวดเร็ว จาก website ของกรมธนารักษ์ โดยเข้าไปที่ http://property.treasury.go.th/pvmwebsite/ ภายในเวบจะมีราคาประเมินที่ดินให้ค้นหาในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น ค้นหาจากเลขที่โฉนด ประเมินราคาที่ดินจากเลขที่ดิน ประเมินราคาทุนทรัพย์ที่ดินตามเขต/อำเภอ
ให้คลิ้กที่ “ราคาประเมินที่ดิน จากเลขที่โฉนด” เมื่อเข้าไปแล้วให้ใส่เลขที่โฉนด, หน้าสำรวจ (จะใส่หรือไม่ก็ได้) และจังหวัด และกด “ค้นหา” ได้เลย
เมื่อกดค้นหาแล้ว ระบบจะแสดงรายการที่ดินทั้งหมดที่เราใส่ข้อมูล ซึ่งอาจจะเจอได้มากกว่า 1 รายการ ถ้าเราไม่ใส่เลขที่หน้าสำรวจ เพราะเลขโฉนดอาจจะมีซ้ำกันได้ ให้หาบรรทัดที่เป็นที่อยู่ที่ดินที่เราต้องการค้นหา
หลังจากนั้นให้คลิ้ก “พิมพ์เอกสาร” ก็จะมีหน้าต่าง “บัญชีราคาประเมินทุนทรัพย์ที่ดิน” แสดงรายละเอียดของโฉนดที่ดินขึ้นมา
ตัวอย่างที่ดินนี้ มีขนาด 61 ตร.วา ราคาประเมินที่ดิน คือ 7,800 บาท/ตร.วา ราคาประเมินทั้งแปลง เท่ากับ 61×7,800 = 475,800 บาท เราก็จะได้ราคาประเมินไว้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจในการซื้อ-ขายเบื้องต้นได้แล้วครับ
